Lineage

03/16/2010 - Not sure if I have published the ancestory  link yet..  See the family tree here. This is a work in process, some on this tree are not proven quite yet, but much is.. Proven means there is documentation is out there or another family tree has the proof and I connected to their data. :)

09/12/2008- I had submitted my lineage to the Mayflower Society a couple weeks ago. I already got a positive response. It turns out there is a substantial paper out there that outlines the bloodlines of Maddie and Gooddell Foster on down to Myles Standish. Maddie and Gooddell are my grandmother’s grandparents.  All I need to do to join their society is buy this paper and provide it as proof to this society as well a submit proof grandmother existed. It sounds easy enough. I think I am going to do it for me, my folks, my brother and my kids. Plus it is kinda cool to have proof vs just the knowledge. Wish me luck!

08/24/2008- Working on a family tree from my grandmother’s side of the family. I have her bloodlines traced back to Pasco Whitford (the immigrant) and Myles Standish. As I finish it, I will post it.

My mom sent me some old family documents from the Whitford’s. It has been known that we are Mayflower descendants- I am going to put something together with more info..

Example of what I found:

Joshua Whitford 6/23/ 1731(in Westerly, Kings Co., Rhode Island ) -9/6/1813 (in Berlin, Rensselaer Co., New York)

· Note: Joshua Whitford was in the Revolutionary Army, May 5, 1775 – Dec 17, 1775, 3rd Co., Stonington.

· Married Prudence Burdick (1735 – 1807) Married in Stephentown, Rensselaer, NY in 1735
